If you think someone is under 18 or a child is at risk, open their profile, tap ···, then Report and "Seems under 18". In an emergency, call local police.
1. 18+ only
Everyone must be 18 or older. We check age at sign-up and use reports and automated signals to find underage accounts, which we remove.
2. Zero tolerance
Any of the following leads to an immediate, permanent ban:
- Sharing, requesting or producing sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, sexualising or soliciting minors
- Sextortion or threats involving minors
3. Detection and review
Photos and messages are checked with industry hash-matching and classifiers. A trained safety team reviews flagged content around the clock.
4. In-app reporting
Every profile, post and chat has a Report option with a "Seems under 18" reason. Reports are anonymous and child safety reports are reviewed first.
5. Reporting to authorities
We report apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local authorities, and preserve evidence as the law requires.
