1. Who can use Tapp
You must be 18 or older. Accounts that appear to belong to minors are removed.
One account per person. Your account is tied to your device and, if you link it, to your Apple or Google sign-in.
2. Coins
Coins are a virtual item used for messages, hellos, stickers, gifts, chat themes and unlocking media. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred outside Tapp, and are non-refundable except where the law requires.
3. Tapp Unlimited
Tapp Unlimited is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Free trials turn into paid plans unless you cancel.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give Tapp a worldwide licence to store, show and translate it so the service works.
Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
5. Translation
Messages, posts, bios and comments are translated automatically. Machine translation can be wrong, so check the original when it matters. Calls are transcribed for live captions, and both people on a call can read the transcript afterwards.
6. Conduct and enforcement
Follow the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break them. Coins on banned accounts are lost.
7. Liability
Tapp is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what other users say or do.
8. Changes and contact
We tell you in the app before important changes to these terms take effect. If you have a complaint, write to us first and we will try to resolve it.
