1. What we collect
- Profile: name, age, gender, country, city, interests, bio and photos
- Content: messages, voice notes, photos, posts and comments
- Device: device ID, app version, language and crash reports
- Purchases: coin packs and subscription status. Apple or Google handle your payment details.
2. How we use it
- Show you to people and rank Meet results
- Translate messages, posts, bios and comments into the reader's language
- Find spam, scams and abuse, including child safety violations
- Process purchases, prevent fraud and keep the app working
3. Translation and AI
Text you send goes to our translation providers only to produce the translation. They may not use it to train their models or keep it longer than needed. Calls show live captions: the audio is transcribed and translated while you talk, and the transcript is saved so both people on the call can read it afterwards.
4. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it with service providers under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it or a child is at risk.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and similar safeguards for these transfers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, it is erased within 30 days and backups roll off within 90 days. Safety records may be kept longer where the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and opt out of marketing, under GDPR, KVKK and similar laws. We reply within 30 days.
